Feel what you feel without judgment or regret. Those
feelings connect you with the power of your authentic
purpose.
Use your head wisely to follow your heart faithfully.
There's much that you can think, and yet even more that you
can know.
Let the experience of each moment come, and then let it go.
Rest assured that the goodness will stay with you always,
because you love it so.
Be now in spirit where you would most like to be. Imagine
waves of pure joy as they carry you along.
Somewhere within you, all is well, no matter when, no matter
what. Feel the peace of knowing the beauty of who you truly
are.

Give Yourself Permission
Jutforfunwjhqr
How exactly would you like to feel right now? Give yourself
permission to go ahead and feel that way.
It may seem that you need a certain situation or possession
or person in your life before you can feel the way you wish
to feel. Yet the truth is that you can feel whatever you
choose to feel at any time, in any place.
You already know how to feel happy, or thankful, or loved,
or inspired. So go ahead and let yourself feel the way you
wish to feel, right here, right now.
It's great when others offer encouragement to you, but you
can also feel encouraged all by yourself. It is wonderful
when someone expresses love to you, yet you can also feel
the power of love even when you are alone.
There is no need to wait or to beg or to compromise yourself
in order to attain a certain feeling. All you must do is
choose to feel the way you wish to feel.
Go ahead and feel what you truly want to feel. And the power
of authentic purpose will move your whole world forward.

Free to Choose
Is there something that frustrates you? Don't focus on the
frustration, but rather on the opportunity for improvement.
Is there something that makes you angry? Instead of being
consumed with anger, consider the opportunities for
understanding.
Is there something that frightens you? Don't focus on the
fear, but rather on the opportunity to better prepare
yourself.
Is there something that makes you sad? Rather than focusing
on the sadness, be thankful for the fact that you care so
much.
Is there something that makes you anxious? Don't focus on
the anxiety, but rather on the positive purpose you wish to
achieve.
No matter what happens, you are always free to choose where
to focus. Choose to focus on the positive, and you'll be
choosing to bring great value to life.

Working with Purpose

Imagine yourself filled with energy and enthusiasm. The more
vividly you imagine it, the more real that energy and
enthusiasm become.
See yourself working with purpose, focus and discipline.
Imagine yourself being positive, decisive, and eager to take
whatever action is necessary.
Imagine yourself being the person you've always wanted to
be. Imagine, in rich and glorious detail, living the life
you've always dreamed of living.
Imagine a positive and fulfilling image of yourself, doing
what you know is right for you, giving your very best to
life. Imagine living each day with positive purpose, love,
compassion and effectiveness.
Imagine yourself surrounded by beauty, experiencing true joy
and fulfillment. Imagine yourself always finding a way to
make a valuable contribution to each and every moment.
Imagine yourself at your absolute best, and hold that image
firmly in your mind, day after day and moment by moment.
Imagine intensely and persistently, and you will make it be

Consequences of making that choice
Discipline is easier than it sounds. Discipline is nothing
more than choosing, with intention and positive purpose,
while considering all the consequences of making that
choice.
Discipline is a matter of controlling the person over whom
you already have the most control. That person is you.
When you focus on the consequences of each action you take,
on the short term and long term consequences, discipline
comes easily and naturally. Discipline is the recognition
and celebration of the fact that your actions have
influence.
By choosing your actions you can choose your results. By
choosing your actions you can choose the life you create for
yourself.
Discipline is not a punishment or a burden when you choose
it for yourself. Discipline is one of life's greatest
opportunities.
Choose in each moment to exercise the control that you
already have. Live and act with discipline, and create a
life of true fulfillment.

Motivation, Inspiration, Commitment, and Strength

The way to know how is to know why. The way to find enough
motivation, inspiration, commitment and strength is to know
why.
Why do you seek what you seek? Why do you desire to reach
the goals you have set?
There is a purpose within you that will push you to overcome
every obstacle. When you truly feel that your efforts are
connected to that purpose, those efforts will surely bring
the desired results.
It's easy to imitate the dreams and aspirations of those
around you, and to think you want what they want. But
remember that you have your very own, unique dreams, and
those are the dreams to follow.
Instead of frustration, you can experience joy. Instead of
disappointment, you can know fulfillment.
It all comes from truly knowing why. Allow yourself to
understand why, and whatever you can imagine will be yours
to create.
