The opportunities you have are too beautiful and too valuable
for you to let them pass you by. Stop making excuses and
start making progress.
What you imagine, you can begin. What you begin, you can
finish.
It's all a matter of choosing to get it done. That's a
choice you can make in any and every moment.
Sure, there are challenges and yes, you'll have to step
outside your comfort zone to make the necessary efforts. The
great thing is, you're fully capable of doing whatever it
takes.
You can, if you will. You will, when you make it meaningful
enough.
There's great value to be found as you make your way through
this day. Seize the opportunity, make the necessary effort,
and bring that value to life in your world.

Experience Joy
Whether you're ninety years old, or seventeen years old, or
forty-five years of age, you have the exact same time
available to you. You have this moment.
You have the opportunity to live with all the richness you
can imagine. You have the chance to start something new, to
experience joy, and to give love.
No one has more, and no one has less. This moment is now
here for all to live, especially including you.
Any pain or sadness you may feel is only near the surface.
Go deeper, and experience the magnificent beauty that lives
at the heart of you.
From the timeless perspective of that beauty and goodness,
worry is just plain silly. As urgent and compelling as the
issues of the moment may seem to be, the value that your
life encompasses is so very much more.
You cannot lose, because you are. Right now, fully live all
the beauty and wonder of the miracle that is you.

Efforts
In every situation there is the opportunity to give a little
bit more. By doing so, you can vastly
improve the value
created in that situation.
If you've already invested time and effort in something,
consider giving just a little bit more. Add to the momentum
that's already there.
If you're already making the effort, giving a little bit
more gives even more value to the effort you've already
made. It creates greater value from the combined effort.
There are plenty of opportunities to give a little bit more.
By doing so, you can easily distinguish yourself and set
yourself apart from the crowd.
Make the most of the momentum you've already established by
extending the momentum as long as you can. Once you're on a
roll, give a little more, and keep your efforts rolling
strong.

Free to Choose
Is there something that frustrates you? Don't focus on the
frustration, but rather on the opportunity for improvement.
Is there something that makes you angry? Instead of being
consumed with anger, consider the opportunities for
understanding.
Is there something that frightens you? Don't focus on the
fear, but rather on the opportunity to better prepare
yourself.
Is there something that makes you sad? Rather than focusing
on the sadness, be thankful for the fact that you care so
much.
Is there something that makes you anxious? Don't focus on
the anxiety, but rather on the positive purpose you wish to
achieve.
No matter what happens, you are always free to choose where
to focus. Choose to focus on the positive, and you'll be
choosing to bring great value to life.

Determination...

You deserve the very best achievement of which you're
capable. The challenges and setbacks and disappointments are
there to make you determined enough to get it.
When it absolutely seems like there's no way forward, keep
going. There's a way.
If you're not getting the results you expected, see it as an
opportunity to experiment with other approaches. You'll
likely find something that works even better than you could
have imagined.
Eventually you'll look back on all the challenges and be
thankful for them. You'll realize that the strength and
effectiveness gained in working through those challenges
added great value to the whole undertaking.
You won't avoid all the setbacks, but then you really
wouldn't want to. For you can choose to take them all in
stride and let them make you that much stronger, that much
more determined, and that much more successful.
Instead of feeling sorry for yourself, feel inspired about
yourself. After all, you had the courage to get started in
the first place and you have the determination to keep going
no matter what.

Easy to become Comfortable
It can be easy to become comfortable, and that comfort can
then become a trap. Though comfort feels nice, it can also
hold you back from being your best.
After a while, as good as it can feel, comfort will become
stale and tedious. You have a fundamental need for growth
that, sooner or later, must be fulfilled.
Instead of using the comfort you've achieved as a refuge
from life, use it as a platform from which you will have the
confidence to reach even higher. When you're feeling
comfortable, see it as an opportunity to raise your
standards.
No matter what level you've reached, you are always capable
of reaching even higher. What a shame it would be to miss
out on life's biggest opportunities just because you wanted
to stay comfortable.
Think back on all the times in your life when you've made
the greatest progress. Although those times very likely felt
uncomfortable, look at all the wonderful and valuable things
you accomplished.
Enjoy the comfort you've earned, and then step boldly beyond
that comfort. For there's no end to the real value and joy
that you can create.

Possibilities Possible

Freedom is what makes the very best possibilities possible.
It is truly a treasure that nothing else can replace.
Freedom does not guarantee any specific result, and that is
in fact its beauty. Instead, freedom gives you the priceless
opportunity to create your own results.
Freedom taps into the awesome power of each unique
individual. Freedom is the fertile ground from which
magnificent achievements spring forth with unceasing vigor.
The demands of freedom are great. To live with freedom
requires effort and discipline, commitment and sacrifice.
Yet the rewards of freedom are even greater. For in freedom
you truly become the best you can be.
Resolve today, and every day, to make the most of the
precious freedom that is yours

Changing

There are many things you can change, and there are many
things you simply cannot change. Both kinds of things can
add value to your life.
With the things you can change, you have the opportunity to
improve the circumstances in your own life and in the world
around you. In dealing with the things you cannot change,
you can grow stronger and develop real wisdom, patience,
acceptance, and flexibility.
There is much you can learn from the things you cannot
change. You can use that knowledge and experience to
positively affect those things you can change.
The things you cannot change give you a base from which to
work. The things you can change give you an ever-increasing
world of possibilities.
By gently accepting what you cannot change and finding
positive ways to deal with it, you lay the groundwork for
success. By understanding what you can change and finding
positive ways to put that change to work, success and
achievement begin to happen.
What a blessing it is to live in a world where there are
both things you can change and things you cannot. Each turn
of events, in its own way, gives you the opportunity for
adding richness to life.

Get Back on Track

Each setback provides an opportunity to recover. And each
time you recover, you grow stronger.
The route to your goal is not a straight line. There will be
many times along the way when you find yourself off course.
When that happens, it can seem like your destination is
unreachable. Doubt, fear and apathy will take hold if you
let them.
The key is not to let them. For as hopeless as the situation
may feel, there are actions you can take that will enable
you to quickly get back on track.
Much of the substance of achievement is in becoming skilled
at making a quick and solid recovery. Each setback gives you
the chance to practice and strengthen and refine that
valuable skill.
Know that whatever has slowed you down can provide you with
a way to move more effectively forward. Quickly get back up,
and feel the new strength you've gained.
