Stop the past from destroying my life

I look back on my life up to this point and I quickly
see that many of my worries and concerns were completely
unfounded. So why do I still insist on cranking out those
worries at every turn of events?

How many times have I looked back on an occasion with the
regret that you didn't simply enjoy myself? There's
nothing I can do about those past regrets, but there's
plenty I can do about right now.

It's ridiculously easy to enjoy life, no matter what the
situation. It's just a matter of letting go.

Let go of the worry and anxiety, of the anger and envy, of
the need to be right and the need to control everyone else.
Let go of the need to have everything your way.

Underneath all those layers of need and worry and
negativity, there is pure joy. When I simply accept what
is, and choose to enjoy the goodness in it, life can be
wonderfully rich and beautiful.

If I could just stop worrying and fighting so much, and start enjoying a
little more. a give joy some breathing room and it will
flourish in my life.

Within you is life

There are so many different aspects of life that you cannot
ever experience them all. And therein lies the beauty of
being.

With each dawning day comes a fresh new set of
possibilities. The more you choose to experience, the more
there is remaining to experience.

As you contemplate all that you know, you create new avenues
of contemplation. The more intensely you explore, the more
new territory you open up for further exploration.

There is no end to that territory of experience. For each
possibility leads surely to a whole new universe of
possibilities.

Within you is life that ever yearns to know itself more
fully. Every moment is an opportunity for new and unique
expression.

The essence of beauty is that there is no limit to the way
that beauty can be, no limit to the form that beauty can
take. Now is the moment to experience beauty in a way that
it has never been known before.

Behind every fortune is someone who has labored long into the
night to make it real. Behind every important discovery is a
person who often grew weary searching for it.

Behind the magnificent work of art is an artist who spent
hour after hour, month after month toiling at tasks that
were tedious and seemingly endless. Behind the beautiful,
soaring music is a composer who carefully arranged each
note, each pause, each crescendo into place.

Take heart. Your effort cannot help but pay off.

The fact is, your effort is the payoff. The fortune, the
discovery, the work of art, and the music, as grand as they
are, serve as mere tokens of the achievement.

The real achievement is in the achieving, and the real value
is in the doing. Sincere, focused effort makes your life
rich, even as you do it.

Make the effort and the reward is guaranteed. For the
biggest reward is in the doing.

profound purpose. Positive possibilities stretch out far
beyond the horizon in every direction.

born. A goodness that is already beyond measure, grows.

You can choose to focus upon what seem to be limits and then
become a slave to those perceived limitations. Or you can
let go of your resistance, and let the ineffable
magnificence of being flow through you.

This moment demands nothing from you. Yet when you grasp
just a small fraction of what this moment offers, you'll
rush to give it all you have.

Life is fresh and new and begins all over again right now.
