Be happy to give of yourself, and you'll be happy. Be happy
to make the effort, and you'll be happy.

Be happy about working through the challenges, and you'll be
happy. Be happy for the opportunity to transform problems
into achievements, and you'll be happy.

Happiness does not come when you try to obtain it. Happiness
is a quality that you can choose to add to any experience.

Happiness does not come from arranging your circumstances in
a certain way. Rather, happiness is a very powerful,
effective and delightful way to relate to any set of
circumstances.

Be happy to be living this moment. And not only will you be
happy, you'll also be creative and effective and
purposefully focused.

Choose to add your very own happiness to the ups and downs
and ins and outs of life. Be happy for no reason and for
every reason, and experience life at its best

Keep Going

The only way to fail is to give up. Whatever comes, whatever
happens, keep going.

Fix your eyes on the goal, and persist. Your vision, your
commitment, and your actions will take you there.

When you can make great big strides, make them. When you can
take only small steps, take them.

See every moment as the opportunity that it is. When the
wind is at your back, keep going, and when the wind is
blowing against you, keep going.

Make good and effective use of whatever you encounter. Tap
into the positive value that is always there.

Know precisely where you wish to go and why. Keep going, and
you are there.

Inspired by prefection

Be inspired by perfection but don't be stopped by it. Seek to
get it perfect, yet even when it won't be perfect go ahead
and get it done.

Set your standards high, but not so high that you fail to
get anything accomplished. Give your very best to every
effort by following through with whatever you start.

You can always think of excuses and scenarios for possible
disappointment. But excuses and worries won't accomplish
anything.

Just go ahead, step right in and get started. You'll make
some mistakes along the way and have the valuable
opportunity to learn much from them.

Commit to your intentions and act on them. Give effort and
energy to what you value most.

At every opportunity, make a difference. And know the sweet
fulfillment of a job well done.

The Road can be Bumpy

The situations where you're most likely to make mistakes are
also situations in which you have the greatest opportunities
to make progress. When there's something on the line,
there's something to be gained.

Don't seek to make mistakes, but don't seek to avoid them
either. Seek instead to put yourself in circumstances that
challenge you to grow.

When there's the possibility of making a bad impression,
there's also the possibility to make a great impression.
Success comes from being able to accept the risk of failure.

When you ask for something, there's a good chance that
you'll be turned down. But if you never ask, there's a rock
solid certainty that you won't get what you seek.

By asking often enough and sincerely enough, you'll get the
answer you're after. By listening to enough people tell you
no, you'll find someone who tells you yes.

Make the effort, put yourself on the line, and go for it.
Though the road can be bumpy at times, the way to get there
is to get going.
